Lauren Weinstein is an executive coach who works with leaders from top companies, including Google, Apple, Meta, Airbnb, and more. For five years, she taught one of the most popular classes at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, The Essentials of Strategic Communication.

She received her B.A. in psychology from Stanford University, her J.D. from Stanford Law School, and completed training in coaching and leadership development at the Coaches Training Institute.

Through her company Resonate Coaching, Lauren supports private clients in achieving powerful communication, sustainable high performance and meaningful well-being. Drawing on applied neuroscience, communication and leadership psychology, and mind-body science, she combines practical tools with deep mindset work to help leaders unlock presence and potential.
