Welcome to the Dojo:

The word dojo, meaning “the place of the way,” comes from Japanese martial arts. It is an honored place where students and teachers come together for deliberate practice to develop their skills.

Is there where you are?

Lacking Boundaries

After working with hundreds of clients and going on my own personal journey, I’ve discovered that doing more doesn’t make you more successful or even happier.

Instead, it’s about removing all the blocks getting in your way.

We get derailed when we spin out with our thoughts, get hijacked by our emotions, go on autopilot with our habits, and say yes when we should say no.

Boundaries are the key to helping you achieve more and feel better doing it.

Boundaries are what allow you to move out of hustle and into flow.

Together, we’ll get you back in bounds.

Our emotions

  • Out of bounds: They derail us. We default into fight, flight, freeze or people please. We get anxious, we worry, we let fear stop us. We don’t feel good and it hurts our relationships.

  • In bounds: They serve as our “check engine” lights, provide us with important messages, and become our most powerful allies for happiness and success.

Our thoughts

  • Out of bounds: When we’re out of balance, we overthink, we exhaust ourself mentally, we spend energy on all the things we should have said or should have done, we second guess our decisions, we limit ourselves with our beliefs.

  • In bounds: Learn how to declutter your mind so your thoughts fuel not limit you

Your habits

  • Most of us live in autopilot, multitasking constantly and making unconscious choices. You’ll learn simple habits for feeling calmer and more grounded and having more energy

Your boundaries

  • Many of us say yes to too many things and then burnout. Or say yes, and then feel uncomfortable and resentful. You’ll learn how to say yes and no without sacrificing yourself or your relationships

Get to know me:

I’m an authentic communication and personal transformation coach.

I previously taught the popular Strategic Communication course at Stanford Business School and have coached clients from top companies, including Amazon, Airbnb, Netflix, and more.

The more I worked with clients, the more I realized that “the sweet spot of high achievement and deep fulfillment” happens naturally when you get the inner work right..when you get back in balance. So we started focusing on that and the rest would fall into place.

Most recently, as a way to deepen my coaching and teaching, I’ve been training with Samurai masters to learn the ways of the Dojo.

The Boundaries Dojo is a 6-session virtual group coaching program for meaningful transformation.

  • Engage in live coaching + active practice to hone your skills in a supportive community

  • Receive specially designed resource guides + actionable practices for deeper integration

  • You’ll also have the option to join a small group of your peers so you can build community + deepen your connection with others
