Why a Dojo? After teaching at Stanford and coaching private clients for 10 years, as a way to deepen my work, I’ve embarked on a journey of study with Samurai masters to learn ancient wisdom + tools for a clear and focused mind, greater energy and power, and the ability to stay calm and grounded in all situations.
In martial arts, a Dojo is where you go for immersive learning.
This course will provide you not only with my most powerful insights + tools from my 10 year journey but also ample opportunities for practice, live coaching, and feedback in a supportive community.

The Boundaries Dojo is a 6-week live virtual program designed for those seeking meaningful transformation.

I’m an authentic communication and personal transformation coach.
I previously taught the popular Strategic Communication course at Stanford Business School and coached clients from top companies, including Google, Nike, Uber, and more.
The more I worked with clients, the more I realized true transformation comes from being in alignment with yourself first. So we started focusing on that and the rest would fall into place.
Most recently, as a way to deepen my own practice and teaching, I’ve been training with Samurai masters to learn the ways of the Dojo.
